Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms:
All invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. A 5% late fee will be charged for payments not made within this period, and further action may be taken if payments are not received within 14 days. Payment for travel bookings need to be made before bookings can be confirmed/held.
2. Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule any booked services, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. For travel arrangements or other time-sensitive services, cancellations may incur additional charges based on vendor policies.
3. Confidentiality:
All information shared with me is treated with the utmost confidentiality. I will never disclose or use any confidential information for purposes other than those related to the tasks at hand.
4. Scope of Work:
The services agreed upon will be outlined in a contract or service agreement, including any specific deliverables, timelines, and fees. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately at an hourly rate or a flat fee.
5. Liability:
While I will take every precaution to ensure the accuracy and quality of my work, I cannot beheld responsible for any errors, delays, or damages resulting from third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, or vendors).
6. Refund Policy:
Refunds are not provided for services rendered. However, in the event of an issue with the services provided, I am committed to resolving the problem promptly and fairly.
7. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. If services are terminated before completion, the client will be responsible for paying for any work completed up until the termination date.
